The J-Trac system is an exclusive design to the Anti-ligature shop, has been developed to help meet the challenges faced when creating a caring and safe mental health environment.
The reduced ligature curtain rail can be fitted in all rooms and also we have a 90 degree shower rail which is 2m x 2m but can be cut to size the same as the top fix and face fix rails
The benefits of furnishing a bedroom with curtains allows the control of daylight promoting regular sleep for patients, the curtains will also add colour to the room giving a “normalised” environment, but safe
The benefits of furnishing dayroom, or communal room. If a patient was to try and pull the curtain and rail down the specially designed runners/gliders will release when an abnormal load is applied, as the rail is fixed to the wall or ceiling if fitted correctly will not break lose. Therefore preventing the rail to be used as a weapon against others to self harm.
